Politique d’expédition

Thank you for visiting and shopping at  ECU Tool Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time [ 7-15] business days. Cost: $10

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues.  

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
[ECU Tool Store] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the return shipping cost and original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damages and Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [ecuhelptool@gmail.com] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
