Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process clear and straightforward.

How long do I have before making a return?You have a maximum of 15 days from the purchase date to initiate a return. You must send back and postmark your return package within this 15-day window. No returns or exchanges made after 15 days from the purchase date will be accepted.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee (Important):Due to the high-value, technical nature of our automotive diagnostic equipment and the complexity of international return logistics (including customs clearance and technical recalibration/testing), a fixed International Return Freight & Restocking Fee of $140 USD will be applied to all returns.

You are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated facility.
The $140 USD fee will be directly deducted from your total refund amount.
The original Shipping Fee and Shipping Insurance (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and technically inspect your returned package. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Your final refund amount will be: *(Item’s Original Price Paid) - ($140 Return & Restocking Fee) = Final Refund Amount*.
If your order included promotions or discounts, the calculated price you paid for the item will be adjusted accordingly before the fee deduction.
Exchange PolicyIf you are not satisfied with our product and wish to exchange it for another model, we offer free product exchanges. However, you will still be responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item and any price difference for the new item.

Can I still return items if they are used, damaged, or have the tags removed?

You can ONLY return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached, and are in their absolute original packaging with all accessories included.
Items with non-returnable marks, activated software/licenses, or free gifts cannot be returned.

How do I make a return?

Tell our customer service the item(s) you would like to return and clearly indicate the reason.
Customer service will provide you with the specific international return address.
Print the return shipping label provided by your courier and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
Drop off the package at your nearest post office or arrange a collection.
Important Notice:

DO NOT send your return to the sender's address on your original package. This is a forwarder address and will result in the loss of your package. You must only send it to the specific return address provided by our customer service email.
Please make sure you don't include non-ecutoolstore.com items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
